"I’ve been to Thunderbird Beauty Lounge several times now for facials with Kindall. She’s incredibly sweet, professional, explains the options in detail, and offers suggestions if needed. The location is adorable right in downtown Ozark on the square. The shop smells amazing and is decorated so well. I recommend this place!"

"I should have posted this review right after my service, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve since decided to go ahead and post this review. I went to Kindell Coambes for lash extensions around the beginning of this year. Within a few hours of leaving, I started having a ton of fallout. By the next day, nearly every extension was gone. I texted Kindell to tell her, because she gave me her number saying I could contact her at anytime. I didn’t receive a response from her for 3 full days. When I did, she blamed the fallout on me, and asking what I had done to cause it. I then got a notification saying that my fill had been canceled. I was appalled. Since then I’ve found another place that does a WONDERFUL job and doesn’t disrespect me. I had never had such a bad service before or since. As I said, it’s on me for not reviewing sooner, but it’s bothered me this entire time and I’ve decided to tell my story. I will be leaving this review on every social media platform. I don’t want this to happen to someone else."
