"2 stars is generous and only achieved by the installers themselves. The management not only stated that my apartment was empty but also miss scheduled. I was informed that work would start at 8 am, so we cleared the room of all but the couch the night before, and I was then told after I made contact that there were no available installers until noon or after. I was later contacted twice by the installers who were out of town and would not be available until 3 or 4. They arrived early and would have had to wait had I not been home. The installers were friendly and got right to work, however; and completed the work timely. They also apologized for the miscommunication of their superiors. Management needs to seriously work on their communications, both to their employees and to clients."
