"went there for a pedicure and a manicure. Had a horrible experience with my pedicure. I had a little tiny scratch on my foot that now has manifested into a horrible sore on my foot which causes daily pain when I walk. The man who did my pedicure was super rude and pushy and he wanted paid before he did my nails and then he asked for a tip. I asked him how good he was going to be if he wanted that tip. He didn't say anything after that. Will not be going back."
"Went here for a fill, had to wait longer then I was told but whatever. Old dude in there filed down all my nails til they were very thin then got mad at me when I asked him to make them thicker like it was my fault. Told me he can only thicken them half way up or else I would be charged more so now my nails are all uneven. Got charged for gel take off also, smh. Should of expected this from a mall salon. My bad LOL never again."
"overcharged for fill, bubbles in nails, two of my coffin nails were curved, nail broke w/in a day. very rushed & already looks like i need a fill. came back to ask them to repair the curved & broken nail & they refused."
"THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, the lady who did my toe nails was very rude to me, dug too hard when I told her it hurt, sprayed my feet with burning hot water then freezing cold water, and dropped tools and a towel on the floor then proceed to use them on me. The entire staff was very pushy and would not take no for an answer when asking my friends and I if we would like gel. I paid for a full pedi and did not get half of the promised services. Very disappointed."
