"Careful with the carnitas! The same guys slicing the raw fresh meats are the ones serving the cooked ready to eat (without washing or changing gloves) they pack and weigh the little trays with the same equipment leaving raw meat and little treasures you can't see... this is for sure a health violation and definitely not a practice in anybody hone kitchen that values health at the least. I'm blown away ... after trying to make the employee understand this is not acceptable, he couldn't care less. Even the other shoppers agreed with me."
