"Don’t bother calling ahead and making an appointment. They do not stand by their appointments or by their posted hours. I called around noon and made an appointment for that evening. When I showed up, they were closing even though I had an appointment and their website said they would be open for another hour and a half. The woman said she tried to call me to let me know they were closing early. I did not have any missed calls from the salon phone number and the one missed call I had did not leave a voice message so I have no way of knowing if that call was her. Awful business practice and customer service. I will not be going back"
"Paid 90 $ thr women who did my nails can’t not shape and my are so thick and ugly didn’t realize how bad they was until I got outside the little girl who does designs is good but will not be returning this was 24 hours ago they should not look like this"
"The service at Regal Nails is top notch, and Kelvin is a true artist when it comes to nail design! I always leave feeling so happy with the services & I get tons of compliments on every set of nails I that I have. I’m a very indecisive person and fully trust him to choose a design that I will love. The staff is great, they get you in a timely fashion & make sure you are well taken care of while you are there!"
"Kelvin is an ARTIST!!!! Amazing work EVERY TIME!!!! Quality! My nails always came off prematurely before Kelvin! Not anymore!!! If You’re not booking with Kelvin, your nails probably look ok… when they could be gorgeous!! I wish I took pics of my other sets!! Love them every time!"
