"I live little over 45 minutes away. On 3/11 Monday I made an appointment for 3/13 Wednesday at 2pm (I was told they would be opened till 7pm). I drive all the way and the salon was closed. They should have called me if they needed to change plans"

"I told the stylist what I wanted and she acted as if she knew what I was asking for....she didn't bother washing or conditioning my hair just sprayed it with water and started cutting. She literally took a big chunk of hair out of the back of my head almost down to my scalp, and tried using surrounding hair to cover it up. She didn't style it and I walked out of the salon looking like my hair was greasy and matted, and I was very upset. I will never consider going there again...it was free money for the stylist to destroy my hair."
