"i went to go get my hair blonde today and i sat there for about 6 hours and i paid $100 for it not to even be blonde. my hair is brown. i definitely don’t recommend this place what so ever because they just gonna rip you off like they did me. the only thing they did right was when they cut my hair the length that i wanted it but other than that i definitely do not recommend going there ever because i’m never ever going back."

"The girl that did my hair was nice, but really slow appt was at 9 didn't leave until almost 3! I think alot of the stuff was left in my hair too long it turned the highlights platinum. The instructor redid my hair but I am so disappointed I have chunks of platinum blonde still and an array of colors in my hair. I feel like this girl would succeed if she wasn't beside gossip city!"

"Made an appointment waited 10 min. Asked if the wait would be much longer. Waited another while. Katie came up and explained how she didn't know I was there. I heard her name called twice over the speaker. She then tells me she was on lunch. She asked if I was in pain and then asked what my salon commitment was? I said I just need a trim. She said I have to ask these questions. That's great, but as a customer, I don't know what a salon commitment is, and it was difficult to hear her. Zero intrest in trimming my hair. I realize these are students' learning. Will give it another try when I have more time to wait while the student that I was booked for was on her lunch. The front desk girl very professional and saw happy customers leaving. Guess Katie just had a bad day."

"Disappointed with our care this time. Daughter's stylist for the day was too busy chatting with her friends to do her job. Instructor actually had to go tell her..again..that her guest was waiting. By that time, my pedi was already done."
