"My first appointment was the worst experience I’ve had with a salon. My stylist was 35 minutes late with no apology or even a smile when finally coming to meet me. After asking how I’d like my hair cut, she didn’t say another word to me until she was finished. Being that I have curly hair, it was frizzy and poofy after being brushed out and cut dry. She didn’t offer to shampoo/condition it, and didn’t offer to style it. Just asked what I thought and said she was done. I’ve never left a salon feeling worse about my hair than I did going in. The lack of greeting me as a new client, the lack of smiling and conversing, the lack of care for my hair is all so disappointing. I felt like I was interrupting her whole day. I cannot imagine recommending this stylist to anyone."
