"I really wanted to support this local business, rather than buy online. I was even prepared to pay a little more. The people in the showroom were very nice. Unfortunately I could not get a call or email back from either of the sales reps I worked with. Beautiful showroom, nice folks, just really lacking in follow through."

"A lot of items in the showroom have to be ordered. What's really odd is the most popular finishes have to be ordered - you cannot simply go in and purchase something and take it out the same day. For the people that want to get it done now this is not the place. Unfortunately you will have to order exactly what you want online and then wait for it to come in. The people there are very helpful and very down-to-earth however you cannot buy something the same day and take it with you. Great place for those of you that are planner types and don't mind the wait."

"The showroom is lovely and has a nice selection. But it is only a showroom; everything is custom ordered. Therefore, if you have to cancel your order, you are charged a 25% charge. Ouch! I ordered a lower end faucet, but it wasn't going to arrive in time for the installation of the countertops. I didn't realize that there would be a timing issue or I wouldn't have chosen this supplier. Be aware!"
