"OK, I'll be honest. No matter which location I go to, seems like no one knows how to cut my hair the way I asked. I even go with a picture every time. BUT...... I continue to go knowing this fact ahead of time because no matter which location I go to the atmosphere is always welcoming. These stylists are kind, caring and even offer for you to come back the next day to fix anything if for some reason your not happy. Also, something to consider, these stylist are going by what the customer dictates so if your not happy with your cut, maybe reevaluate what you conveyed you wanted."
"The brunette with the tattoos and shaky hands did a terrible job cutting my daughter's hair. She left long pieces uncut (see photo) and let the cut hair fall all down my 4 year old's back under her dress which I had to shake out when she got done. The blond that works there does a much better job and is more considerate to my kid."
