"We had a really difficult ask and this Spectrum Paint location was the only retailer we could get to help us out. Marvelous customer service. We needed a special driveway sealer that is more environmentally friendly because we live near a lake and lots of wildlife. Getting the stuff was the hard part. The Ohio factory would sell it to us but delivering it was the problem. They suggested a few places. None really worked out until a chance call to this Spectrum store worked! They got the stuff, had it delivered and we're off to the races (the driveway!). Thank you folks! Mark Bigfork, Montana"

"Excellent store, excellent staff! Oleander did a very difficult color match for a DTM product. I was impressed. Mike, the store manager came through for me making color matches and mixing paint from an ancient color formula. Very helpful. Angel wouldn’t give up until I had the right products and colors. Prince quickly rang me up and sent me on my way. It’s rare to find a group of helpful people in one place. Go to Spectrum Paint 1826 Baltimore and see for yourself. As a professional painter of more than 20 years, I had an excellent experience buying paint from them and will go back next time."

"I try to think I am a kind person. I believe that we should all treat people with respect and always be kind. My experience today with the associates at Spectrum did not exude kindness or respect. Although the Regional Manager for Missouri seems to be placed correctly in his position. And for that I applaud Spectrum. Customer service is everything. The tone you have when you answer a call should be welcoming. The attitude you obtain throughout the call should be kind. And I hope that this becomes the attitude of the associates on the front line."
