"Called this am to get a cut and style literally only asked for a trim and simple curl for my anniversary and was told they don't do hair curling...What!! Your website services says differently and you offer formal styling it says. It's ok went to another GC location with my business SHAME you couldn't take my money."
"We’ve been very happy with our cuts before, but most recently, we were not. The stylists didn’t really listen to what we wanted, moved very quickly, and we ended up with hair that was too short or hardly touched at all. They are short staffed and it is a popular location so maybe it was just a one off."
