"First of all, their hours are terrible. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and put out (rolled her eyes at basic questions). We drove their twice bc of the terrible hours only to be told to “look at the website” and fill out a sheet that had a bunch of “door terms” that your average person would not know. I understand that getting employees is difficult, but there HAS to be someone more pleasant and customer service oriented than this gal. Pre-Covid she would NEVER be employable with her attitude and lack of customer service. What I wanted was so basic and she could not be bothered to help me. Do not waste your time there if you want any sort of help. I do lots of home renovations and have never been treated with this little effort and regard."

"I called to see about getting a special size door made 2 weeks ago and was asked for my email to give me a quote and never heard back. Very disappointing."

"After 25 to 30 years of purchasing doors, stair parts, and millwork from PMD I was just informed that I must now order or request quotes online through email now. NO PHONE ORDERS as we have done for over 25 years. PMD has definately gotten too big for their britches and no longer give a Damm about the small contractors like us who put them on the map over the years. If you want customer service then this IS NOT the company for you. Go to someone that wants and appreciates your business."

"I have had there windows for going on 2 years. And there instalation was good, but if you have any issues with these windows good luck. Only takes a week for them to even call someone back so you can start the run around process. So much for customer service."

"We have been having issues with Lowe’s and trying to get our interior doors from them (2 months delayed). We reached out to pacific mutual door for the doors to help us out. We are in dire need of these doors to continue moving our house build forward. They told us the doors were in stock and they could get them to us in 3 days, which was great and would keep our carpenter moving forward. We sent them exactly what doors and sizes that we needed and they told us they would get us a quote right away. We never received it that day and followed up the next day. Said it was ready and will be sent out yet still haven’t received it. It has now been 3 days and we still can’t even receive a quote from them to order. Obviously they don’t need any business. This would have been a $3-$4k order too. Disappointed as I thought someone local would be able to help us out of this bind."
