"My daughter and I walked into the Warrensburg location one evening to schedule appointments. There was only one stylist there. We scheduled a woman’s cut and a girls cut for a Thursday at 6pm. I even received an appointment reminder with the time and date. We arrived a little early, and would have happily waited for our appointment time but….when we walked in there were three staff standing at the front, one getting ready to work on a client, and no one greeted us just asked if we had appointments. I told them I was a little early but we had appointments for 6pm. They look up my name and tell me my appointment was at 3:15 earlier. I showed the gal my appointment reminder text and explained that I would not have made a 3pm or even a 4pm appointment because I would have still been at work. She just repeated that my appointment was at 3:15 and stared at me. No apology, no explanation, didn’t offer to call the stylist our appointments were with and finally asked if I would come in another time. I rescheduled a week later but later canceled after I received appointment reminders, by txt also, stating that there would be a missed appointment fee added to our rescheduled appointment. I understand that mistakes are made sometimes, but the lack of customer service and respect is not something I care for. When I walked in I was very excited and happy to finally getting my hair done for the first time in 2 years and my daughter too…I walked out feeling very upset and disrespected. Extremely disappointed!!"
