"Update : they told me I had to call the owner on his cellphone in order to get my services again I’ve spent over 3000 the past two years with this company . Like I have to report to the principals office! Money has been sitting on card and have barred me from ordering. Also last week put my order on hold for 15 dollars which would have been covered by the empty milk bottles I was trying to return. Haven’t messaged me back in 3 days what an unprofessional company. Also the root beer milk is always sludge"
"Worst customer experience for a company I have ever done business with. I’ve been receiving deliveries with this company for several years and in the beginning it was good but it seems the business is being run very unprofessionally and poorly at this point. As a small business owner myself I am appalled at the blatant disrespect from this company. If I could give a lower rating I would. My advice… find a different company to support."

"I highly recommend Shatto Home Delivery. I received a mailer in the mail for their services and signed up. I ordered a weekly staples bundle and a couple additional items. I was contacted by phone to thank me for my business and they explained the delivery process. I am not big into recurring deliveries like most subscription services. That is not the case with Shatto Home Delivery. I spoke with Operation Manager Scott and he explained they do not operate that way, you are not stuck in recurring deliveries (Say what?!). You have the flexibility to order how often and how much you'd like. That's a huge perk for me and our family! On the day of delivery they couldn't deliver because of an error I made when signing up. I transposed a number in our house address and they were unable to deliver because of my oversight. Scott called me the morning after the night delivery and confirmed the address, which was my error. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was redelivered the SAME day. It was delivered with a letter thanking me again for my business and a brochure on holiday products. Way to go Shatto, you have a customer for life!"
