"I needed my nails done for vacation and Lisa did exactly what I wanted! I love my nails so much. I asked for dip with gel on top. The nail salon was very clean and the service was impeccable. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Will definitely be back in the future!"

"So I don’t normally write google reviews, but the experience I had here was unacceptable. Let me just start out by saying I used to come here all the time and while the service was always a little hit or miss, the work was pretty decent. After this last visit though, I won’t be back. I have been to several nail salons with friends before. We always go on weekdays so it’s not busy, and they usually get us all in pretty fast. Today, 3 of us walked in. 1 set of french tips, 1 full set, and I wanted acrylic coating and dip. When we arrived there was no one in line. There was one person who was not busy, and a few employees were almost finished. After about 30 minutes, they finally started on my nails. I tried to explain what I was wanting. They clipped my nails real quick and put dip on them. It took 10 minutes and they were finished, completely skipping the acrylic coating I wanted. I thought they looked a little off, but I sat with my friends who were still waiting. There were multiple walk ins after us, and they had my friends waiting still, while they helped the other customers. Finally they took another one of us. As we were waiting for her nails to get done,, we grew frustrated as we watched them continue to take more walkins in front of my other friend. I still hadn’t paid. Two hours and 15 minutes had passed before they came over and told us they had forgotten about us, and finally called over my other friend. Both of their nails also came out lumpy and uneven. While I was waiting, I noticed my nails were uneven. I walked up to the counter to try and pay and complain, but they told me to sit back down and wait until all 3 of us were done. We were starving because we were planning to go to a restaurant after our nails, and I am also a nursing mother so I was planning to be home to feed my baby. We were at the nail salon for over 3 hours. We didn’t even get to go out to eat because we were there for so long. When I complained, the manager lied to us and claimed that everyone they took in front of us had appointments; this was a complete lie because we heard the conversations, and they straight up told us they forgot about us. The manager also kept patting my back and touching me when I was trying to explain my concerns which made me uncomfortable. She also proceeded to sit down and talk trash on us to other customers when we were still standing there paying, I paid $40 for my nails to be chunky, uneven, not what I asked for, and not even filed or shaped. There was polish on the side of my nails, and I got DIP. They rushed our nails and made us wait for hours, taking other walk ins in front of us. The service is awful and I will not be returning. For the work they did, I easily could have done it myself: Very disappointed. Save yourself some money and do not go here."

"I have been coming to this nail salon for 5+ years and after this experience, I will never come back. The lady that is in the second chair they had on the white Fila shirt was really rude. She rushed my nails I kept telling her over and over again but I was not happy with the service and I didn’t like the way she shaped my nails I had asked for square nails, she kept rounding the sides, and the nails were uneven I didn’t like the way she applied the acrylic I have certain light and dark spots in the acrylic and every time I told her I didn’t like something all she said was OK, she didn’t care about my reasoning or even bothered to change it. I came in for a full set with white French tip. Two of my nails have already broken and it’s only been one week on top of that. My left nails is longer than my right nails, even though she told me that she measured them correctly , even when I was standing at the register, I told him I wasn’t happy with my nails they didn’t care I got to my car. I called them and I told themthat I’m very unhappy with my nails. She told me to come back the next day, she didn’t have any appointments until the afternoon that Sunday , but I could not go because I have other priorities so I was stuck with my nails and paint all over my skin because of their poor service. I really wish the original owner never sold his company to these people they don’t care about making the customer happy they only care about money .
