"The people at this store are horribly rude, and don’t bother calling a manager because they don’t care! I came to pick up a prescription that they said would be ready and the pharmacist told me I had to wait an hour because they just opened, what’s the point in opening at 9am if you’re not going to do anything until 10am? The pharmacy staff are exceptional lazy. I recommend going anywhere else!"
"This Dillon's is smaller than the others in town, and most convenient for me. Selection isn't as broad, but I can usually find what I need. When I do self checkout, I often need assistance, and the staff members are friendly and helpful."
"Great products that others don’t carry. We get all our chicken from here. They have a great selection of sliced meats. They will shave it to your desired thickness. Employee’s are always nice and helpful. They also have several locations."
"Everything about this sore is terrible. You can start with the horrible parking, it's overcrowded and the spots are too small. The store is always understaffed, and most of the employees seem put off by your presence. I love the location, I just want them to do better."
"Great grocery store to find exotic plants at a cheaper price than other plant related stores. Recently they got in some gems. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because some prices ring up differently compared to what is priced by the item. Otherwise, prices are decent. Produce are fresh and plenty to choose from. I like coming to this location when I'm in Lawrence."
