"This salon is so pretty, it made me want to branch out from my typical salon. I came in as a walk-in on Monday evening around 4:30. I asked for a new set, as I had some lifting on the sides of my nails, but the woman at the desk insisted that just a fill was fine. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the colors I wanted. I was handed off to a male technician who honestly seemed like he did not know what he was doing. He didn’t ask if I wanted to keep the length or change shape. When filing off my gel and looking at my acrylic, he only filed off some of the lift on my nails and then tried to put more acrylic over them. I had to stop him and show him that there was still a large portion of acrylic not attached. He ended up gluing the acrylic back to my nail. The shaping on the acrylic was mostly fine, but has some bumps here and there. Once it came to design (just brushing glitter on), the woman from the desk had to coach him through it and then take over. Unfortunately, at the end of the service, there was still lifting that he hadn’t taken care of, and he tried to service it by gluing/filing my natural nail off from the back. I might try to go back if I had a more experienced/communicative tech. They look ok, but am not thrilled with the integrity of this set."
