"I called last minute and wanted my hair colored. She said she could do it if I came right away. Now I had red dye in my hair and wanted to go silver. She bleached it 3 times without frying it. Which is awesome. But it is splotchy after 2 weeks the silver is all faded out and it was $130. And the cut wasn’t the best. Not too happy with this at all"

"First off I want to apologize to T& CO Salon & Spa By Theresa Marie I posted a negative comment to the wrong salon. I am from Davenport, Florida. There is a shop by the name of (T and Company Aveda salon.) That is where I had the negative experience. The owner, Tirina, refused to make it right and I was letting that be known publicly. Theresa Marie, thinking I was an unhappy client of hers, responsed immediately to my complaint. She reached out to me through several texts letting me know that they would do Whatever It Takes To Make It Right!! That is how it should be when you are running an upstanding first class salon. I was in the industry for 20years. And I just recently retired from Walt Disney World. I believe I know great guest service, and T& Co Salon& Spa by Theresa Marie does just that, Great guest service!! If I am ever in Lansing Kansas I will definitely be coming by your salon."
