"My sister and I had appointments on Wed Nov. 8. For 10:00 am therapeutic mani and pedi. Our technicians were 30 min late and they kept asking us what we were getting done, we were rushed through and the job on my toes and nails were sub par. I did not get a therapeutic mani at all and my sister and I both got dip. My sisters nails were very thick and I left with very sharp corners to my toe nails and my right hand pointer finger nail has now cracked three days later. Usually this place is great but this was a terrible experience. They kept issuing the excuse that they were busy, then what is the point of making and having appointments? Probably won't go again. Really disappointing. Mine are the nude and my sisters are the ombré. We each paid over $100 for dip and pedis..."

"I got my nails done Saturday the top coat came off on Monday. I tried emailing and calling they have caller identification won't answer my call or respond to email. I just want them fixed. I paid for them the top coat should not be coming off in three days. If this is how they treat their clients by ignoring them instead of owning up and correcting it . I certainly will not do business here ever again."

"I have been going to National for a few months now and I have been at many different salons from all over the area and hands down this has been the best salon I have been too. The pedicures are relaxing and and the nails are simply stunning. They offer a wider variety of pedicure packages than most other places, and are very reasonably priced for the services offered. I love being able to come in with an idea and having them create little masterpieces on my nails. They are very patient and take the extra time to make sure I’m happy with how they are coming along. I’m also very appreciative that I have the option of having a quiet appointment so I can read and have a little quiet time to myself before headed home after a busy day at work.
