"They have 3.7 on here, which is 3.6 stars more than they deserve. WORST. EXCUSE. FOR. AN. INSURANCE. COMPANY. EVER! There are a couple of unprofessional, incompetent, degenerates on staff, Ryan Murphy and Matt Day. Matt, specifically had me drive around, call around, contact a bunch of places for an estimate to get my car fixed (because their client, Grease Monkey, messed up my BMW), and he HAD NO INTENTION OF APPROVING THE CLAIM. I hope this place goes out of business by the end of Q1 2024 and all of their clients get a real insurance company - Like State Farm, Allstate, GEICO, or Liberty."
"They are dragging their feet handling my insurance issue with Jiffy Lube, who has totaled my car. Jiffy Lube is a big corporation...just think how badly they'll mess up a regular person's insurance issue...RUN!!!"
"I have worked with them for years. They have been great to work with. They have been very responsive to my needs as a business owner. When I have needed them they have been available to walk me through different options. They have been great when we have had a claim. Their rates are competitive. I know some people will offer a slightly lower rate to try and get you started but I have found that Intrepid Directs rates have been very good for my industry. They also understand my industry well. They have been able to get me the appropriate coverage for my needs."
