"Initially, Joshua returned calls promptly and was extremely informative. He provided the lowest quote to get my business, but when the policy declaration arrived via mail, the rate was higher than other companies. It was too late to change out the policy, so I kept it. The policy expires in November, and I called to stop renewal, but no return phone call and Shelter has requested payment from my mortgage company already. Joshua is great until there's an issue, then he's non-responsive."
