"The Edwardsville location is convenient, but I am disappointed that the car wash leaves soap deposits on my vehicle unless you wipe them off after you go through, it leaves streaks on your car. The Edwardsville location was closed or off-line for several days the week of 1/30/2024. If you’re on a monthly plan, you didn’t get your moneys worth."
"I called the main office and told them that the side rollers as you first go into the tunnel were not working..... they didn't offer me a free wash or anything... just said thanks.... this was at the Edwardsville Zips Jan 26th about 1pm."
"I understand that I paid for the basic service, but for $12, compared to the prices of car washes in Brighton, Alton, and Godfrey, I expected more than what the average rain does. My car wasn't exceptionally dirty at all, just a spot of bird dropping on the window and some dried spots on the hood, as well as the natural dirt that builds up on the top part of the back windshield. All of this was still there after the "wash". The worker working the payment station sneezed on my debit card. The young woman who rinsed my car before entering was very nice. When I rode in, I got a spray of water over the top of my car, and a spray of soap, and then the long wipes that hang from above ran across my car. The side swirler things didn't move at all, so my mirrors still had dry rain spots on them, along with most of the side of my car. Again, I understand I paid only for the "basic" wash, but I wouldn't just spray my dishes and wipe them once and call them "washed", and once again, compared with the prices of automatic car washes in Godfrey, Alton, and Brighton, this was sorely underwhelming. Unless you're looking to pay at least $18-$30 for a car wash, go elsewhere. Everyone was kind, and I'm sure that the more expensive services are better, but charging $12 for a spattering of rain and a one-directional wipe isn't, unfortunately, worth the time."
"Don’t get me wrong. I like having the monthly membership but…… Every once in a while I would like to get the ultimate wash. I wish there was a way to offer when it scans you if I’d like to pay the difference for a better wash this one time? Also, I know they are always adding and putting better equipment in but the dryers still suck. Lastly. The one on Troy road is simply too short to effectively clean and dry. Every time I go through it comes out soapy."
