"Stopped here after work and let’s just say I should have kept going because there were people hanging outside so I did not feel safe then I gave the skinny guy who was the cashier my money for my items and gave him more and said keep the change and this dude had the nerve to still take his precious time to count out $21. It was to the point where I had to ask him can you hand me my item so I can go there were so many people packed outside I did not feel safe so I wanted to get out of there very very very quickly then when I asked him to hand me my item he threw it at me through the glass I could not believe that this happened to me at a raggedy gas station in the cuts. Horrible customer service. Let’s just say that I also came in very very very very professional with the classiest clothes on and the place I was at before I was treated like the president with my appearance but with them they treated me like I was a bum outside asking for Money that makes their business look even worse than what it does just when pulling up. Just for those that are local i would go up the street to belton that is literally five minutes away and be treated with respect. Been going to belton for four years now and not one complaint at a gas station stay away from Grandview people don’t care about you, their job or customer service"
