"On Thursday last week I ordered a sandwich and specify no cheese, it was delivered and I took a couple bites before realizing that it had cheese(I have a dairy intolerance and I breastfeed a baby who also has a dairy intolerance so I absolutely cannot have it). I didn't bother to check because I ordered the same thing a couple days prior with no issues... I call and speak to someone named matt who apologized, refunded my $$, sent a new sandwich out, and gave me 3 more free ones and just told me to tell whoever answers that he did all that. I call and order the next day and was given attitude but got the right sandwich. Mind you, I was sick all night after that and my child was so fussy for 2 days after. I call and try to get another free sandwich again today and they told me no because I was already given all they could give and argued with me that it was not policy for him to give me 3 extra free sandwiches but honestly how is it my fault that he promised more than he should have. I mean 0/10 on customer service. I will not be returning. Seems like no matter what there's always an issue with this place as per my review last year.... edit:upon leaving this review I recieved multiple calls to my cell phone and they looked up the address seeing it was my work and called my place of business to talk to me and were rude about me leaving a review about my experience. So unprofessional."

"Stopped by after driving from one end of the state to the other. The staff was super nice! I was happy to see my regular, #11, was offered (something I've been noticing is that not all JJ locations have it?) Also, if you are unaware, join the Jimmy John's program so you can get perks & freebies. Would happily stop by here again if I were in the neighborhood."

"They are not freaky fast, that’s for sure. They’re accuracy is also not particularly good either when it comes to getting my order right, and occasionally it has take almost 2 hours for them to deliver my sand which when i’m only a five minute drive from the store. When I called at one point to have them fix my order when they had forgotten my drink and had scribbled a note in the receipt that said I would receive my next drink for “free” (which doesn’t make sense, because I had already paid for it so in essence, I was simply receiving my drink at a delayed time), they told me they did not do refunds and hung up on me. When the drink did arrive (over two hours from when I ordered it) it had clearly been in a drivers car for a very long time and had gone flat."

"My order didn’t arrive until approximately 30 minutes after their tracking showed it as delivered. One of the sandwiches had bites out of it. The second sandwich was cut in half and pieced together from two different loaves of bread. I’ve been in contact with the franchisee and the general manager for a week and neither will refund the purchase, replace it, or issue a gift card for the purchase price."

"So I went in to grab a couple subs for diner. Everything seemed fine until my bf got to the last few bites and realized his tomato was rotten and black. That is unacceptable considering you have to put each item on as you go. First and last time at this location"
