"Edit 2/26 -- Ordered through grubhub. Got a combo and a cookie. Only got my sandwich in an open bag with no receipt. Grubhub could only refund me. I called the store and it rang then went to a voicemail that wasn't set up. Thank you for ruining my dinner. Disappointed with grubhub ordering options. I used to be able to add things to my sandwiches like black olives or caramelized onions. Now only premium options are available. Hate to say it, but Subway is cheaper and allows me to add whatever I want. Also don't like that I can no longer get fountain drinks for delivery, just overpriced bottles."

"I was craving firehouse subs before my flight back to Atlanta on Sunday the 18th. I thought I had it made since this was so close. I am in hospitality so I do not understand how a restaurant closes for a lunch break??? Who allows this???"

"This place is horrible! No adult staff it appears. Place is operated be teenagers. Customer service is on the toilet. I’m literally looking at an employee resting in the dining area, she could actually clean this dump. Never coming back. Poor first and only visit."

"No lights on in the parking lot. Literally, every employee looked disturbed at the presence of customers, and store was disgusting. I never leave bad reviews, but they earned this one. My recommendation would be to go to anywhere else. Literally, anywhere else, even McDonald’s would be better than this restaurant operates."

"Please read the reviews when everyone else says this location has the most horrible workers! Gave me an incorrect sandwich! Told me it was a mixup Then said”no it wasn’t a mixup you didn’t hear us correctly, that sandwich wasn’t yours”… too bad I was the only customer in the store, too bad I heard them say my name, and too bad they wouldn’t play the camera back to show what happened! Instead they hung up on me and said oh well If you want the wrong sandwich and want to get hung up on, please go here If you want good customer service go elsewhere No hero sandwich here!"
