"They use to be my fav but they definitely lost me as a customer. The girl was upset bc I was yes fresh fries . She barely filled my tray up. Barely put cheese on it. Once I move the top few fries it’s no cheese at the bottom, I mixed it around to show you the little cheese. Then they got rid of the seasoning shaker . They already don’t season the fries so it doesn’t make sense ! I’m gona stick to the saint Clair location!"

"It's Charley's, the food quality is the same as your standard Charley's. Which is a good thing. What makes this visit to this Charley's great in my opinion is the manner of the way the sandwich and fires where set inside of the box. It just looked really good and fancy for some reason."

"My boyfriend and I ordered a number 3 and a number 10. In the middle of ordering the cashier interrupted to try to up sell a strawberry lemonade. After the interruption, she forgot to add the second order of fries to the order and my boyfriend and I had to share one order of fries. The number 10 is a jalapeno cheese steak but the sandwich only had 4 jalapenos on it. Overall the food was decent but service needs improvement."
