Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I was in the chipotlane and the servers told me to “go inside” to fill my drink since it was one of the carafe of lemonades in the front. They weren’t rude and they did fill my drink but told me “next time we won’t because we are busy”. What is the point of chipotlane if I have to park and get out anyway? Won’t be returning. Lazy lazy staff Food was fine but not hot."

"The team that worked the 12 PM through 1 PM shift today at Chipotle in Ballwin, Missouri on Manchester Road did an outstanding job. Despite the long line that stretched almost out the door, they collaborated seamlessly. Their composure was commendable, and they efficiently handled the workload. Even when faced with an unpleasant customer who was being rude, they maintained their professionalism and carried on with their tasks. I am truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. They definitely deserve a round of applause for their exceptional service. Thank you all for everything you do."

"If you aren't going to open on time you could at least let people know. Not just leave us at the door. You also didn't answer the phone. Some of us have online orders and can't get into the building. Have the courtesy to communicate. At least put a sign up. I only have a 30 minute lunch. Unfortunately I tried to spend it at Chiptole."

"I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Chipotle location recently. I've even been here twice in two weeks and both experiences have been bad. With the order about a week ago, I pulled up at about 9pm (this location is open until 10) and there was a handwritten "pick up inside" sign in the Chipotlane window, so I reluctantly went inside to get my order. Every chair in the restaurant was stacked on top of the tables, and the employees seemed like they were ready to head home. When I got home, one of our bags of chips never made it into the bag, so I had no chips for my queso. My burrito was also so poorly wrapped that it completely fell apart and I had to eat it with a fork. Today was the same nonsense. I pulled up again around 9pm to a different handwritten sign in the Chipotlane window asking me to go inside to pick up my order. When I go to walk inside, there was one employee inside cleaning the front line, and one sitting on his phone out in the lobby. I guess I arrived early enough that they hadn't started putting away the chairs. I checked my bag to make sure everything was in it and headed home. When I got home, my wife told me that the double steak that we paid $5 for was not in her bowl, and her "large" bag of chips was nearly empty when she opened it. Although my burrito tasted good and was well constructed, it was not double wrapped in tortillas. I will NOT be going back to this Chipotle again. I have been a Chipotle customer at the Ellisville location since it opened, and will be going to that location exclusively again. If the Des Peres location isn't going to have their Chipotlane open and i'm going to have to walk inside anyway, i'll just go to the better location"
