"Now that everything has gone up, they really take pride in ripping you off. Went for a medium dipped cone, and it was almost $5. When I got it, there were 2 tablespoons of ice cream on the cone. They need to make it necessary for these kids to make an ice cream cone during the interview process. DQ has signature cones. Every time I visit this place, it gets worse. Total rip off! I'll just go across the street to Andy's from now on."

"The food quality was good but assembled bad. I got a 6 piece honey BBQ box and all chicken and sauce was dumped in one end of the box which had the box leaking BBQ sauce. My ice cream cup was only half full and because it was in a bag I didn't notice until I was home. I believe there may have been a new guy at the window who needs training with customer service."
