"I hate to do this. The staff were all really nice. But all of the ingredients tasted so old that the sandwich made me gag. I took one bite of it and I had to throw the rest away. I also ordered a churro that tasted like it might be a week old. It just turned to coarse, textured dust in my mouth."
"I have never had an issue with Subway or any other fast food place for that matter. However, on this particular visit the beef, spinach and light mayo on flat bread sandwich caused quite an explosion within 2 hours. It is truly amazing what the human body can do simultaneously without a person's help. My poor dog thought I was dying on the bathroom floor. After several attempts by phone (no answer "ever" the next day starting at 10:00AM, at the Ballwin location, and corporate apparently doesn't have a phone at all) to warn them that they might want to pitch those ingredients, I gave up trying to contact them. It will be awhile before I try them again."
"First time at this location and dined in. Located in a really nice plaza with plenty of parking. Great outdoor seating for when it gets warm again! It was very clean and the staff was quick and polite. While I was enjoying my lunch a loud customer came through and was very rude to the employees. At the cash register she started yelling at Lorie, one of the employees, and it was really degrading. I was super impressed with how professionally Lorie handled this aggressive customer."
