"Giving high stars for service and the price of the lunch menu. For under $35, two can have a decent lunch with hefty portions. However, at full price the food is far to commercialized and unoriginal. It's a step above their little cousin pei Wei, but double or triple the price. Ambiance is meh at best. Go for lunch, skip dinner. Mongolian beef is a highlight. The orange chicken wasn't great but okay. Oolong tea is nice."
"Delicious food and GREAT service! We had an amazing time, even with the place so busy, it was worth waiting for! I highly recommend the dumplings (we had shrimp), the lettuce wraps (I had the chicken ones) and the shrimp pad Thai. The portions are very generous!"
"When visiting Pinnacle PF Chang’s is our standard tradition. We like to go when it’s hopefully not too crowded and sit at the bar, although this can be a bit unpredictable. The atmosphere is great, the service is friendly and the food we get goes well with a couple of cocktails (not too full, but not too little). It’s a great place to take a break from shopping for a refresh! More on the full dinner side, some of the food choices aren’t really my fav, but I can always count on sushi and fried rice no matter what!"
"I have mixed feelings. On one hand, overall, I enjoyed the meal and the time we had here. On another hand, I felt like the service was subpar and the food left a lot to be desired. Especially for the higher than average price points across the menu. I think a 3 star makes the most sense because it wasn’t terrible food or service. But it’s also far from amazing. The one thing I was a big fan of was the atmosphere. This place is huge inside and the tables aren’t all on top of each other. Plenty of space even if it was completely packed inside. I think if you’ve never tried P.F. Chang’s or just want a sit down nicer Asian meal, then this is a no brainer. But if you’ve been before, then I find it hard to find a good enough reason to want to willingly go back."
"Stopped in for dinner and we had a fabulous meal. Great service with Holly. Orange chicken and sesame chicken was delicious and then our server surprised us with an amazing red velvet cheese cake. Fun atmosphere with great environment"
