"My refrigerator went out right before I left on vacation. So I had to scramble to get a new one. I went to home depot and ordered one. I was told it would be delivered by the 19th of July. I received an email saying that it was on it's way. A couple of hours later I received another email saying there was a problem and they would have to reschedule. They rescheduled for the 20th of July. That really wasn't a big deal because I wasn't going to be back until the 21st. Well, the same thing happened and they said they were rescheduling for the 28th. So I canceled the order and I went to Appliance connection in union. I was able to order one and they delivered 4 days later. I even ordered a dishwasher and they installed it. At home depot I had to go pick it up and then have the dishwasher installed by someone else. I also want to say the two men that delivered were very professional and did a fantastic job. I will be back to order a stove and a microwave hopefully soon. I am so thankful that we still have the small businesses that we can depend on. Oh by the way it is the 29th of July and they still haven't delivered the refrigerator to home depot. And they told me that I wouldn't receive my refund until they receive the shipment in their store."

"I bought a new washer & dryer from this place. The dryer did not work correctly. They came and looked at determined it was the control board. I asked if they could replace the dryer since it was new and I was not comfortable with having a brand new appliance repaired. They did not hesitate to order us a new dryer and it was here in just days. I will give this place all my business!! They are awesome to work with."
