"I've gone to this location twice in the past month. The first visit wasn't great, but I didn't leave a review hoping it was just a bad day for them. Went again today, and it was even worse. I ordered online through the mobile app (If I hadn't, I would have just left). The drive through lane took 25 minutes or so despite there only being 1 car that made it through an order in front of me (4 other cars left the store instead of waiting). Then when I got to the window, it took a while to get a single sandwich made. The drive through speaker was busted, the drive thru sign had a black screen on the right, and the drive through sign cover was on the ground...so the network cables, power plugs, and HDMI cables were all exposed. It was not a great experience. I was craving that chicken sandwich...which admittedly was tasty, but no sandwich is worth that experience."
"Ordered online to pick up at register, got there the door's were locked had to wait online for 35 minutes got to the window and it wasn't ready for pickup, the wings we not the flavor we ordered, they were a sweet and and hot flavor and everyone thought they were way to spicy. It was not a good experience. I would not recommend this location ."
"Every time I’ve ordered recently my orders have either been wrong or missing items. Idk how they are still open at this point but this place needs to be under new management asap. Ordered wings, Mac and cheese, and 1 biscuit and was given 5 tenders, mashed potatoes, and 3 biscuits. I received someone else’s total order… smh, terrible"
"I am confused by this location. When do they actually sell food? I have tried 3 times. The store is open, but nobody talks to me when I pull up. Maybe this store should change their hours to when they are actually going to sell food. It's the end of January. Maybe they should take down their holiday decorations. Maybe block the drive thru if they aren't going to talk to people who pull up to place an order. It's so weird. I don't understand how they pay their bills."
"Couldn’t tell you how the atmosphere is the dining room is never open. Drive through takes 30 minutes. Food is good but this location couldn’t possibly be making money only serving one customer every 10 minutes and I’m pretty sure they stop taking drive through orders for break time. Popeyes needs to get this location some help and concentrate on employee retention."
