"I had to bring my car in for body damage. I have worked in customer service for 22 years and I know what good customer service looks like. Caliber collision goes above and beyond to ensure their clients have an outstanding experience. I reached out to three other collision companies, and the repairs with those companies would not commence for 6 to 8 weeks. Calibur started working on my car the very same day it was towed to the shop. I was notified at least twice a week about the repair on the vehicle. They were able to collaborate with my insurance company in order to make it easier for me. The receptionist Jennifer and the man that I spoke with originally, Roy, were absolutely beyond friendly. And Alex took a 45 minute trip to deliver my car to me because there would’ve been no way that I could’ve picked up my car with my work schedule. And they also took my car back to enterprise Rent-A-Car. It was such a wonderful experience and I will continue to go here for any repairs in the future. And you should too."

"Came here for a front end collision without airbag deployment, turn around was about a month. Sheet metal was well aligned, paint is clear of orange peel and appears free of dirt. Days after the repair several warning lights appeared on the dash and I returned the vehicle for inspection. I was told their calibration team needed to rent specific tools in order to correctly recalibrate the Subaru camera system and clear dash lights. This was covered under warranty with turn around about a day and a half. Upon receiving my car back a second time the driver monitoring system was not fully functioning. The calibrations expert/manager was not at all familiar with 2020+ Subaru eyesight systems. He was politely insulting when asking questions about the issue, unhelpful in determining a solution, and was excused from the conversation. Roy, the GM is very polite and professional, and assured me that any additional calibration issues will be taken to the Subaru dealership for assistance. If I ever need body work again I'll try someone other than Caliber. Update: the day of writing my review the dash lights reappeared. I returned the vehicle to Caliber where they towed it to the Subaru dealership for repair. Subaru determined that a grill shutter sensor installed by Caliber was faulty and causing the warning lights. Subaru completed the repair and Caliber submitted the cost to my insurance vs. covering under their warranty; turn around was less than 2 days. Additionally, I emailed the Caliber Community manager as they requested in their comment. I provided my phone number but have not received a call from anyone representing the Community Manager. Given the hassle of returning the car multiple times, along with the lack of understanding of the vehicle by the calibration team, I believe 2 stars is generous for my experience and caution Subaru owners with doing business here."
