"Very bad experience !we Leased a car came back as a loyal customer . We have 8500 left to pay and our trade in value is 17k, the new civic lease is 249/mo and 3k at signing …. they came at us with 11k equity practically no value , they wanted us to use that equity pay another 3k for upfront and also pay 314$ /month…. Totally different from what the deal was !! The rep had no clue what was going and kept trying to basically force us to sign a new lease . We kept expelling (basically doing the job here with all calculations) but he just would not understand what we needed. 4 hrs and we walked out with nothing .Even the manager was completely stuck on his idea of what a good deal it is !! They would just not listen . Horrible treatment . You will not get a good deal with these guys ! Go somewhere else"
