"I made a terrible decision to use this company. I was having issues with my power steering pump that was leaking. I called and made an appointment that they were late for. After several calls they arrived and changed the high and low end vacuum lines and filled the power steering well. Quick test drive was successful and he was paid. I later noticed a pool of power steering fluid on my driveway as it was still leaking and now the car was hitching. I had to call multiple times to reach him and he came back out and said I needed a new rack and pinion as one of my boots was leaking. I purchased the parts and he came out and installed but once again leaking. I brought my car to another mechanic and he tells me that the rack and pinion was never replaced as the bolts are still rusted in and hard to get out. Now it is impossible to reach him. Stay away from this con artist."
"Initial experience was good, two mechanics came out fairly promptly. They installed a new fuel pump, showed me that the car started, and made sure that I knew there was a warranty on labor when I paid. All good, until I added fuel to the gas tank. Fuel began leaking around the seal where the new fuel pump was installed. I called and texted the original technician that came out several times, at first I was assured they would come back out to fix the problem, but they never came out and they stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I tried calling their advertised line, and was again told they would come out I'll take a look at it, but they never did. I feel like they messed up the installation, made my car a fire hazard, and have now ghosted me."
