"Refuses to negotiate prices, what the sticker price is, is the price they want. I looked a truck on their lot, the exhaust manifold had a bolt broken off in the engine block, but the salesman assured the truck came with passing safety and emissions inspection without that bolt being replaced. I had a friend who is a certified state inspector with me, and we both knew immediately that this was shady illegal business."
