"The lobby was closed, so I had to wait 45 minutes to find out they didn't have my order that I made 2 days ago (even tho I had the confirmation email). It's 8:45 am on a Saturday. The type of doughnuts I ordered were sold out, and when I asked for a refund, the employee said he was going to have to wait for his manager to get there. He wasn't sure when that was going be."

"Picked up the new Elf donuts for my daughter today and I was under the impression that one of the elf donuts is suppose to have the caramel drizzle over it for the breakfast cereal Elf donut? Well as you can see in my picture, not a single Elf donut has caramel drizzle"

"Only 1 employee waiting on customers and drive-up window. I had to wait 5 min before service and then I couldn't tell if she was speaking to me or the headphones she was wearing. She needed help but didn't get it. I felt like I was bothering her as a customer. The donuts are very good but their prices are a little too high."

"We went here around 5pm on a Saturday. There were only 4 types of donuts to choose from glazed, raspberry filled, chocolate with icing filled and chocolate with custard filled. We ordered 3 dozen. 2 dozen glazed and 6 raspberry filled and 6 chocolate icing filled and took them home. The donuts were obviously a couple days old at least. Tried to microwave them, but not much help. We have done this with day old or even 2 day old Krispy Kreme, but there was no saving them. If you want a good donut, I would try the local gas station before returning to this location."

"I placed an order on line for just 4 Scooby Doo donuts a day in advance. I arrived 10 minutes early and it took me about 17-18 minutes to finally get my order. There was a special today for Friday the 13th and clearly they were understaffed. Two middle aged women, who probably spoke English as a second language, were working very hard and were very nice, apologizing for the wait and thanking customer for their patience. I can honestly say the donuts were very fresh and tasty, and I am only deducting 1 star for the length of the wait and the fact door dash workers that walk in last were helped first."
