"We booked Mosaic Café and Catering as our wedding caterer in October 2023 and would absolutely recommend them to future brides or anyone looking to cater an event. All my communication leading up to the wedding was with the owner Pat. The communication was excellent, and all my emails were answered promptly. We changed our menu from our original proposal, and Pat adjusted it without any problems. He let me know which staff were going to be at the wedding and worked with our coordinator on the timeline for the day. Everything was served on time and there were no issues on the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we were very happy that we chose Mosaic as our caterer."
