"just picked up a sandwich and soup for dinner should be a pretty simple order but again the order was made wrong and everything was not in the bag. This is like the third or fourth time I’ve come here gone through the drive-through and the order has not been correct in a sealed bag. I’ve called management several times and it just reoccurring. I hope this location can make improvements."

"Typical Panera, pretty good food a little overpriced if you’re not familiar with the chain. What don’t understand is why they just stopped picking up trash off the parking lot and actually cleaning the bathrooms or was that something businesses only did before Covid? I go to this location a couple times a week, and I will notice the same piece of trash on the parking lot the entire week. Back in my day that’s something that would get addressed every morning. I noticed they don’t clean the fireplace glass and the bathrooms are usually pretty dirty. Poor maintenance is the only reason for the low rating."

"Overpriced mediocre restaurant. Get the chicken and wild rice soup. Best thing on the menu. Also the BBQ chicken salad, but oops wait.. they took it off the menu... I have not loved anything else I have ever ordered. Also they often are 'sold out' of many menu items (even bread) to the point of being ridiculous when trying to order. I hope they can fix their issues."

"I'm changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The last couple times I've been there order accuracy has been 100% and they're checking off the items on the receipt and signing the "checked by" now ... Thanks for the changes!! -------------------------------------- The location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 because most of their staff is extremely friendly. From Day One since opening - this location has been very challenged with order accuracy. I place order at a drive thru - I ensure order is accurate on the screen - and I get home and at least one thing is wrong 80% of the time (or likewise, order online). Most of the time - Including today - I find the "Order Checked By" not initialed or signed on the Receipt. This is right above a note that says "Accuracy Matters" (it clearly is NOT A PRIORITY at the location). After spending 10 minutes on hold - I got through to the manager ... She did her best with me because I was being difficult - the only options she gave me required returning : (1) to get the item they missed, or (2) to get a refund (they can't issue a refund on the phone). This is not the Manager's fault - but the store NEEDS a way of righting their wrong that doesn't require me to drive back (taking my time and expense of gas). Most locations will offer to mail free meal coupons ... She made it clear of my only two options ... And that wasn't one of them. Upper Management - please figure out how to empower your team members to provide CONVENIENT options when mistakes are made ."

"Daughter likes to go after dance practice as a treat. She loves the Mac and cheese. I had a turkey bacon sandwich. It's a sandwich, rather pricey for the amount of meat you get. The chocolate chip cookie looked great, but was VERY hard. If you don't mind dropping $24 for 2 folks to have a light lunch then you'll like Panera."
