The Peculiar Winery, located at 20709 Harper Road in Peculiar, Missouri, is a unique institution offering a combination of a bar, food, liquor store, and store all in one. Since opening in June 2019, owners Chris, Stacey, Perry, and Lynda have been delighted to share their selection of over twenty hand-crafted wines, all made right on their 15-acre property.
With live music, food trucks, and special events happening throughout the year, The Peculiar Winery is the perfect place to unwind and have a good time. In addition to their regular hours, The Peculiar Winery also hosts special events, like the debut of their Belton's 150th Birthday Blend in June 2022. This sweet red blend is a tribute to their hometown of Belton, Missouri, and features a label showcasing Main Street Belton from 1872 and 2022.

"Great spot. Beautiful space indoors and looks like a terrific patio. Will have to come back in warmer weather. A selection of house wines, slushies, and beer along with an assortment of snacks. "What a great winery! We happened upon it by surprise on our back roads return to StL from KC. They offer several wines. 6, 1 oz tastings for $6. I enjoyed the spicy pear the best! Forsure, something for every taste. If our adventures bring us back, we will definitely stop in! Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!"
