"I bought a refrigerator from Gus a month ago and it's still working better than new. There are signs posted about no refund exchanges and is even mentioned on the ticket when you sign. Gus gives a 90-day warranty with every appliance sold. If you have a problem, he will do his best to make things right. Every appliance is checked to make sure it works properly and cleaned. I'm buying a stove from him next week."

"Gus is the owner he fails to mention he doesn't refund your money. No reunds is mentioned on receipt he gives you after you make purchase. My experience with this company. Gus sold me a Magtag washer that didnt work correctly. The aggitator didnt work correctly and the washer was extremely loud. (Gus stated Maytags just make alot of noise, nothing wrong with it). He replaced it with a Whirlpool washer that smelled horrible, was filthy, the wash water from the washer was dark, filthy. He replace the Whirlpool with same Magtag washer and it still didn't agitate correctly. I asked a friend that repairs washer, dryers for Ozark Mountain Linens to look at the Maytag washer. He stated it was not agitating correctly and he thought the actuator needed to be replace. After running the washer through a full cycle he thought the motor maybe going out. His suggestion, don't invest more money to have it fixed, purchase new. I don't want to keep exchanging washers hoping the next replacement will work correctly. In my opinion the reason Gus is still in business is because he refuses to give refunds, he does not offer a product worth the price."

"Absolutely terrible. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my refrigerator to be fixed & they keep telling me “oh it’ll be done next week” that games started 2 months ago. Called today & the lady told me she would have someone look at it tomorrow. So no one had even looked at in the 7 weeks it’s been setting there!?! What a joke. I just want my money back at this point because my family has gone 7 weeks without a refrigerator."
