"I had bad experience there. The girl front desk Christine is worst customer service.. I had broken crown from 18 years ago from different place. I came in to get it recrown from them for the cost of $2000 since January 2023, it took them couple times to keep it stay on (on different days, because it keep falling off.) But it only last for a year . My crown was fall off again at the end of December 2023. I made appointment to give them a chance to fix a problem. Then I end up paid another $205. I asked why I had it done within a year and a crown fell off, all they do just recement on the crown. She told me : you have to treat your gum. What does it do with the crown fell off ? The job you guy did was not good and crown not stayed on. She had attitude and refuse to discuss. You have balance $205 you need to pay. And you will pay each time to come in to get it fix. I just paid and walked with a sad face. You think I will go back there again. Hell no. I would give zero star if I could."

"I use to brag about this place, but the last year has been terrible!!!! First I was told I had to cancel my appointment due to the office being remodeled.....no big deal stuff happens.......I call back to make an appointment, and I now have to wait months to be seen.......let it slide.......the lady on the phone told me one date, while I get a text for a totally different day.....then when I call to verify my appointment and my daughter's, the receptionist tells me they switched my daughters hygienist, due to them being short handed!!!!! NO CALL, NO EMAIL NOTHING TO LET ME KNOW. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to just switch hygienist without letting me know. I set my appointments to get a CERTAIN person and now I'm seeking a more professional dentist!!!!!!!!!! Uncalled for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
