Cailyn, at the front desk was courteous and upbeat. If I wasn't impressed enough, Leah, the hygienist had the most thorough and gentle hands. My check-up with Dr. Blake was terrific too. Everyone sincerely cares about giving their best. I did not see or experience any upselling. If you're looking for a bunch of professional, warm people, definitely consider LifeSmile Dental. Even if my insurance wasn't accepted, I would go with their internal packages because they offer incredible value for the quality they provide."

"The staff at Life Smile went above and beyond my expectations and provided guest services that exceeded any health care provider I have ever been to in a short notice because I had an old crown fall out and needed it replaced. Being a new patient because my insurance changed, the great experience started even before I arrived with a text that included the address and directions with a photo of the building. Rachel also greeted me when I arrived, introduced me to the team, showed me around the office, explained my dental benefits and had pre-filled the health history forms with info she already had gotten. The dentist and his team were highly competent, friendly and made me feel comfortable even though I was a little nervous. I am very happy and glad I found them."
