"Came to Plaza for a flat tire due to a nail in our rental car. We were from out of town looking at the area for a future job opportunity. The technician mounted the tire backwards (directional tire), tore the bead of the tire in four places during install, and used bead sealer since the tire wouldn’t fully seat due to the tears during install. Hit a pothole going into St. Louis the very next day and got a pretty large bubble on the sidewall that started to lose air at the bead. Took it into another shop where they told us of the improper install. I would like to add that the customer service was friendly and helpfully 5/5. They were quick to refund the cost of the tire and installation and quickly made it right. Although i appreciate them making it right I will not return to this shop."

"After being backed into by another driver, we receiving damages to our wheel and components, so we headed to Plaza Tire Service. Fortunately we made it just in time, because our vehicle became instantly incapacitated at Plaza. The service professionals at Plaza Tire had to spend more time pushing it and directing our car inside. We were treated respectfully and we immediately taken care of.
