Dutch Bros Coffee

"This location used to be ran by upbeat wonderful staff who held strong onto the Dutch Bros Creed. But over the last several months, the staff there are absolutely lacking any kind of positive attitude. Waiting there is rarely less than a half hour, when finally served, it feels like you're imposing on their personal time, and they don't always get the orders right, and if you request them to fix it, you're serviced with an attitude. So if you're wanting Dutch Bros, I recommend avoiding this location, the ones in Olathe, Grandview, Belton, and the Legends are far superior and are staffed by the best people!!"

"I love Dutch Bros coffee, but the wait here is insane. Typically, it will take more than 10 minutes per car. This morning was especially egregious. It took more than 20 minutes to serve a single car. After which, the next car was still sitting at the window after about 10 minutes. I ended up leaving because I don't have an hour to wait for 3 people to be served before I even get up to the order window. I gave them a pass when they were new, but the wait is getting worse as time passes. It's a shame, because the coffee is really good."

"VISITED MONDAY, JULY 17, 2023: This is the second location in visiting a Dutch Bros. The first time was in Arizona. They have great coffee among other items such as bread sweets. Unfortunately, we waited nearly 20 minutes! And rather than my order being hot it was cold. But quickly rectified after said 15 min wait. The 20 came into play for the error. Also, workers need to pay attention to details and remember to ask certain things such as type of alternative milk, hot or cold and ‘do u want whip cream’. In the bright side, my coffee which is like a Starbucks version of hot caramel macchiato was great, as was the black iced tea and frozen coffee. Overall 3-1/2 stars/5. Get the kinks out DB!"

"This was my first time at Dutch Bros. I have been wanting to go but the line is always insane. On this particular day I had time to waste. Well.... I decided to go to the window and just happen to come at the same time they had a 4 for $15 special (good and bad) I bought the special. I gave 3 drinks away. My drink, the blended one with Tajin, it was so sweet I couldn't finish half. It hurt my stomach. It honestly was not that great. My son loved his drink though. Not sure if I will go back again or not."

"Love the drinks! The Dutch Classics are available in sugar free, you just need to ask when ordering. We both got the Golden Eagle today. We saw other reviews about significant wait time so timed our trip. We spent about 8 minutes in line today, but someone came out to take orders in the line after we waited on two cars ahead of us to order at the window. If no one is taking orders outside you can expect wait time to be longer, but once someone comes outside the speed of the line picks up significantly."
