"Bought a 2013 explorer from Paul. Terrible customer service and sells junk vehicles. Sold me the explorer. Drove it home 2 days later water pump dumped all the antifreeze in my driveway when I hadn’t even drove it other then home. Sold it with a cracked block. called to see what we could do about the deal and he hung the phone up. Would never buy from this gentleman. My father and brother both bought vehicles from him as well and have had nothing but problems with them. Would not recommend."
"EDIT AGAIN! - The response below to my first edit is all you need to know about this dealer. Just like most used car dealers they will do anything to sell you their junk and then blame you for wanting to buy it. These folks are classic and typical. Call me out lol... That's the problem you don't like being called out for the truth! Edit- if you look at the lackluster response below he is trying to say the price reflected the rust to deflect what his dad did. I am not surprised. Untruthful Dealer! I had Long conversation with Paul Sr on the phone about the condition of the vehicle before driving 1 hour 1 way to buy the F-250. Paul was so convincing I even went ahead and did the online credit app to speed the process up. Absolutely lied about specific details we discussed in the phone. He touted how it was “rust free” and metal was falling off the rockers it was so bad. Steer clear of this dealer!"

"I've only ever bought one other vehicle from a car lot and had a terrible experience. I voiced my concerns to the gentlemen at this lot and they went above and beyond to put me at ease. In the little less than a month that I have had my new vehicle I have put roughly 2500 miles on it. I went to Oakley's and had them check everything for me a few days ago and they gave me a clean bill of health for my baby! Even after driving the wheels off of her, not one fluid was low, my brakes were brand new still, and Oakley's Dealership told me I got a heck of a deal on my Jeep. It's not very often you go to a dealership and ask them to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and they come back and tell you NOTHING. Thank you so much for getting me set up with a dependable, beautiful, new (to me) Jeep. 10/10 recommend."
