"Called on December 1st-- got a recorded message saying closed till the 28th WOW won't ever get my business!! What if I would of bought something and needed assistance?? Can't even leave a message because voice mail is full which means they can't even call back"
"We bought a flat top convection stove it keeps showing a f10 code so as right now we can not use the stove I called the store explained what was going on and I keep getting the run around all it is is the temperature sensor. Instead of them sending someone out to fix it they want to take the stove back to the shop so then we will again be with out a stove. It is still under a 30 day warranty. I should have just bought a new one. Next time I will not use them instead I will go buy new."

"My husband and I just bought a washer and dryer from this company and we love it!! They were a great price and the owner sent 2 of his employees out to install them both. Both guys were very professional and friendly! Before this we also bought a queen size bed and box spring and both were still in plastic and it is very comfortable. Everything we have bought from them have been great. If we need to contact them we can and they are all very friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends! They are conveniently located in Neosho and also in Joplin. Love it! Great job guys and keep up the good work! I will definitely be going back if we need anything else."
