"The staff was nice before my horrible experience. I had issues with 2 out of 3 fillings done in one day. Caused lots of pain. I was told I'd need a root canal when I went back multiple times for the pain. Got another opinion, they re-did filling and pain was gone. I told Dr. Andy this, and that's when the office was rude to me. They told me not to come back to their office if I have pain with that tooth again. Good thing another dentist fixed it. I definitely felt mistreated and didn't deserve that. Even with all the pain I had, I was still nice to them."

"We called this office with a referral from a local dentist for our 10-year-old little girl we have never spoken to a ruder receptionist who just did not care whether or not their schedule work for us they expected us to pull a little girl out of school absolutely refused to give us a evening appointment I guess their schedule is more important than a child’s education it seems as if this dentist has forgotten who the customer is but that’s OK we called a local competitor who is happy to work with school schedule for our 10-year-old daughter but it should be mentioned again how rude the receptionist was if you’d like to be treated like a paycheck then by all means call this dentist"
