"I honestly would've gave this store a 1 ⭐️. Upon entering no one said a thing just talking up front. Okay I am not one to chit-chat right away anyway...... I shop employee #1 taller woman walks near me to hang something or idk... but was full of attitude in her demeanor and the way she looked at me, didn't say a word, so totally made me feel very uncomfortable but I stayed and shopped and the other 2 women made it a lot better the store almost lost a customer. Btw when a customer has their hands full maybe ask them if you can take it for them instead of chit-chatting with each other or doing it for everyone but me (I didn't ask bc I wanted to see how long it'd go on I WAS SHOCKED) This a standard practice at all other Cato stores also greeting when walking in."
